What’s your return policy?
Hopefully it never comes to this, but… we want to make sure you are happy with what you buy from Taylor Road Studio. Let me know within 14 days if you aren’t happy and you can return what you bought. And we will be forever in your debt. Unless you don’t buy anything else.
Do you ship oversees and to P.O. boxes?
Right now we only ship to Canada, because the cost of shipping to the U.S. from Canada is LUDICROUS! I am pretty sure no one wants to pay twice as much for shipping as they are paying for the thing that they buy. Until we can find a better way (or teleporting becomes more common so we can deliver it personally) we will be sticking with delivering to our Canadian peeps.
We can ship to P.O. boxes since we Canada Post. But if the post office has trouble fitting your new dining room table into that 4″ x 4″ box don’t blame me.

Of course! Our middle name is “customer service” (which always raises eyebrows when I go through passport control at the airport). Feel free to email [email protected] if you have any questions about your order, our products, or the latest diet fad I’m trying out (likely to no avail).

What is your favourite craft beer?
At the moment, I’m enjoying a selection of craft beers from Collective Arts out of Hamilton, Ontario. Ransack the Universe is my current favourite. That’s a beer, not a mission.
